The Elms has two spacious, well appointed rooms.
The "Mortlach" room (with stunning views overlooking Mortlach Distillery and the Conval Hills) has two single beds.
"The Glenlivet" room is a large double room with a King-sized bed.

The Bathroom (bath tub, shower over, wash basin and toilet) is shared and there is an additional toilet and wash basin downstairs.
There is NO SMOKING in the house, but smokers are welcome to smoke outside in the garden areas.
An iron and ironing board are available.
Private, off street parking available. Secure parking for motorcyles/bicycles.
